At HomeNite Textile, we are committed to providing high-quality textile products and outstanding customer satisfaction. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our business and the customization involved in many of our products, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • Only items with proven manufacturing defects or discrepancies in specifications are eligible for return or exchange.

  • Custom-designed or logo-branded items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email or phone number] with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description and photos of the issue

  • Quantity and product name

  • Preferred resolution (refund, replacement, or credit)

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions, if applicable.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.

  • In the case of a manufacturing error or incorrect product, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement at no additional charge.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.

4. Refunds and Credits

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment or as a store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item or design, this will be considered a new order and priced accordingly.

6. Bulk Orders & Custom Products

All bulk orders and customized products are final sale unless the product is defective or does not match the approved specifications. Please review your design proofs and order details carefully before confirming.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive damaged goods or your shipment is missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly, either by replacement, refund, or additional shipment.
